BOARD MINUTES

Rising Sun-Ohio County Community School Corporation

December 30, 2009

A special session of the Board of School Trustees was held as advertised on December 30, 2009 at 5:00 P.M. in the Administration Building. Members present were Timothy Elbright, Christopher Whitham, Felix Massey III, and Superintendent Stephen Patz.

The Superintendent requested permission to transfer $100,000.00 from the Debt Service Fund to the Capital Projects Fund and $50,000.00 from the Debt Service Fund to the Transportation Fund to correct year-end balances. This request was made necessary due to the fact that the tax money has not been received from the county auditor. The money will be transferred back into the Debt Service Fund no later that June 30,2010. (Resolution attached.) Upon motion by Christopher Whitham and seconded by Timothy Elbright to grant the request, members voted as follows: Aye – Christopher Whitham, Timothy Elbright, and Felix Massey III.
