2009-2010 BUS ROUTES
Bus routes have changed very little from last year. The starting time for each bus is listed below. Parents are encouraged to have their children waiting for the bus as the bus will not be able to wait for an extended amount of time. This is especially important the first few weeks as the student and driver become more familiar with each stop. Parents, please note that the high school and the elementary–middle schools will operate from 8:00am-3:00 pm.
A reminder to kindergarten parents that kindergarten is a full day program. In addition to bus numbers, kindergarten and first grade students will be taught to identify their bus by an animal at dismissal time. Please note the animals are listed next to the bus driver’s name.

Bus Route #3 - Driver, Vincent Owen (Raccoon)
Bus #3 will begin picking up on Cass Union Road at the Mike Robinson residence, from Cass Union Road to White Road, White Road to the Bovard Residence (turn around), to Cass Union Road, to New Hope Road, New Hope Road to Messer Residence (turn around), to Cass Union Road, to Hwy 56, to Chipman residence (turn around), to Hwy 56, to Dibble Road to Misch residence (turn around), to Stewart Ridge Road, to Coy Road, to Stephenson residence (turn around), to Stewart Ridge Road, to Hwy 262, to school.
Bus # 3 will pick up all students on Hwy 262 between Stewart Ridge Road and Pleasant Ridge Road. Students on Hwy 262 between Cass Union Road and Salem Ridge Road will ride Bus #6. Students on Hwy 56 between Aberdeen and Bascom Corner Road will ride Bus #3. Students between Bascom Corner and Rising Sun will ride Bus #10.
Approximate time of first pick-up – 6:50A.M.
Bus Route #4 - Driver, Joe Hite (Elephant)
Begin at the Leisure residence on Nelson Road, to Hartford Pike, to Old Hwy 56, to Hwy 56, to Willow Trace Apartments, to Hwy 56 to Elliott’s Landing to Hwy 56 to school.
Approximate time of first pick-up - 7:10 A.M.
Bus Route #5 - Driver, Butch Brown (Rabbit)
Begin at Lind residence on Poor House Hill Road, to Rohlfing Lane, to old Rohlfing residence (turn around), to Poor House Hill Road, to Salem Ridge Road, to Schraeder Lane (turn around), to Salem Ridge Rd., to Thuermer Hollow Road, to Holmes Hill Road, to Sefton residence(turn around) to Thuermer Hollow Road, to Salem Ridge Road, to Henschen Rd(turn around). to Salem Ridge Rd., to Pepper Hill Drive, to Blackberry Lane(turn around), to Pepper Hill Drive, to Salem Ridge Rd., to school.
Bus #5 will pick up students on Salem Ridge Road between Poorhouse Hill Road and Bellview Lane.
Approximate time of first pick-up – 6:50A.M.
Bus Route #6 - Driver, Brenda York (Fish)
Begin at the Miller Residence on White Rd., to Bascom Corner Rd, to Split Oak Trail Rd.(turn around), to Bascom Corner Rd.,to Brown Rd. (turn around) and back to Hwy 56, to Dutch Ridge Rd, to Smith Rd., to Neff Residence (turn around), to Dutch Ridge Rd, to Old Hwy 56, to Bunger Residence (turn around), to Hwy 56, to Hwy 156, to North Landing Road, to Grants Creek Church Road (turn around), to Hwy 156, to Hwy 56, to school.
All students on Hwy 56 between Bascom Corner and town will ride bus #10. Students on Hwy 56 between Aberdeen and Bascom Corner will ride Bus #3.

Bus Route #7 - Driver, Cliff Shanks (Tiger)
Begin at the corner of Milton-Bear Branch Road and Aberdeen Road, North on Milton-Bear Branch Road to South Fork Road to Downey Ridge Road, to Cass Union Road, to Hwy 262, East on Hwy 262, to Elm St., turn left on Elm St. to 4th Street. Turn left on 4th Street, to Barnes Alley, to school.
Approximate time of first pick-up – 6:55 A.M.
Bus Route #9 – (Beaver)
Begin at Sturgeon Residence on Mexico Ridge, to Aberdeen Road, West on Aberdeen Road to Mark Smith Lane on Aberdeen Road (turn around) Aberdeen Road to Bear Creek Road, Bear Creek Road to Widmeyer Residence (turn around), to Aberdeen Road to Bear Valley Road, Bear Valley Road to Aberdeen Road, Aberdeen Road to Texas Gas Road, Texas Gas Road (turn around) to Aberdeen Road, to Bells Branch Road, to T (adjacent to Sam’s Residence)(turn around), to Aberdeen Road, to Milton-Bear Branch Road, to Bear Branch Community Center(turn around), to Aberdeen Road, to Hwy 56, to Dutch Ridge Road, to Hwy 262 to school.
Students on Hwy 56 between Bascom Corner Road and Dutch Ridge Road will ride bus #10. Students on Hwy 56 between Aberdeen and Bascom Corner will ride bus #3.
Approximate time of first pick up – 6:40A.M.
Bus Route #1 - Drivers, Regina Shanks (Zebra)
Begin at Milton, to Milton-Bear Branch Rd., to Pate Rd. (turn around), to Milton-Bear Branch Rd., to Raiser Hill Rd. to Laughery Creek Rd., to Milton, to Hwy 262, to Salem Ridge Road, to New Road(turn around), to Salem Ridge Road, to Bellview Lane, Bellview Lane to school.
Bus #6 will pick up students on Salem Ridge Road between Nelson and Poorhouse Hill Road. Students on Hwy 56 will ride bus #4.
Approximate time of first pick-up - 6:35A.M.
Bus Route #11 - Driver, David Bowman (Blue Dog)
Begin at Hall Residence on Downey Ridge Road, to Hwy 262, to Hartford Pike, to Akes Hill Rd., to Woods Ridge Road, to Hwy 262, to Salem Ridge Road, to Pleasant Ridge Road, to Craig Hill Road, to Kittle Residence(turn around), to Pleasant Ridge Road, to Phelps Road, to Phelps Residence(turn around), to Pleasant Ridge Road, to Hwy 262, to school.
Students on Salem between Hwy 262 and Pleasant Ridge Road will ride Bus #11.

Bus Route #15 - Driver, Donna Bailey (Bee)
Begin at corner of Woods Ridge Rd. and Akes Hill Rd., Woods Ridge Rd to Hartford Pike Rd., Hartford Pike to Akes Hill Road to Hartford Pike to Hartford Ridge Road, to Salem Ridge Road, to Nelson Road, to school.

Bus Route #10 - Linda Powell (Duck)
Fairgrounds plus other assigned pick-ups.
